RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all return or exchange requests. Once our customer service manager, Melanie, has reviewed and approved your request, we will send you a returns form and notify you of the next steps to take.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
Swan Vitality wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on www.swanvitality.com, you are entitled to an exchange or a credit note, provided that the item is returned within 7 days of receipt and meets the following requirements:
- Proof of purchase at www.swanvitality.com must be provided
- Simply email us and we'll get you set for your exchange.
POSTAGE OF EXCHANGE
SWAN VITALITY does not accept the responsibility of any customer being sent return or exchange packages; so, it is strongly advised that when shipping returns or exchanges, customers are hereby expected to ensure that their goods meet the above-required criteria. Otherwise, they should select a service that provides tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by SWAN VITALITY
Please contact email@example.com for all return or exchange requests. Once our customer service manager, Melanie, has reviewed and approved your request, we will send you the next steps for you to return your items, including the returns address.
Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of SWAN VITALITY receiving the return parcel. Notification will be automatically sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: SWAN VITALITY cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
Please consider items marked as 'final sale' carefully as they are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange unless they are faulty and are returned within 7 days from the date the items were delivered.
